id가 홀수면서 description이 boring이 아닌 record들을 rating에 대해 내림차순으로 정렬 후 select해줍니다.* mod연산에 대한 기호는 MySQL에서 지원하며 Oracle에서는 MOD 함수를 사용해야 합니다.
